Write your Will with Gathered Here
Your contribution, no matter the size, goes directly toward the work that matters. This includes community walks, early intervention, one-on-one mentoring and outreach programs that help men take their first steps toward recovery and connection.
Planning Your Gift
If you choose to include Walk n Talk Collective in your Will, we recommend seeking independent legal advice. A solicitor can help you:
- Understand the legal requirements in Queensland
- Ensure your instructions are clear and properly recorded
- Avoid risks such as outdated wording or conflicting information
Walk n Talk cannot provide legal advice or witness your Will, but we can offer guidance on the details your solicitor may need, such as our legal name and status. Letting us know about your intended gift is optional, but it helps ensure your legacy can be used exactly as you wish.
The Legacy You Create
By naming Walk n Talk as a beneficiary in your Will, you are helping future generations access support, connection and hope during difficult times. Your gift becomes part of a stronger and more compassionate community for years to come.
For a confidential discussion about our Gifts in Wills program, please contact our office on 0474 422 956 or fill out our form. We also recommend speaking with your solicitor to see how you can include us in your Will.
