Talk ‘n’ Support is the NDIS services arm of Walk ‘n’ Talk Collective.
We specialise in supporting people with psychosocial disabilities, neurodivergence and complex life experiences.
We work with participants, families, and coordinators to deliver personalised support that helps people take back control of their mental health journey.
Based in Central Queensland, we deliver trauma-informed, culturally safe, male-led support that is grounded in lived experience and trusted by coordinators and Stakeholders across the region.
What We Deliver
We provide NDIS-funded Core and Capacity Building supports
- Behavioural support and mentoring
- Community access and daily living skill development Social, emotional and physical capacity building, person-centred supports
- Reintegration support for justice-involved participants
- Positive male role modelling
- Male-to-male emotional support and mentoring
NDIS Mental Health Support
We work alongside participants, families and coordinators to deliver personalised support that helps people regain stability and confidence in their mental health journey.

- Men’s mentoring and behaviour support
- Case management and advocacy
- Support through parole, probation or reintegration
- Family support and reunification assistance
- NDIS support in Child Safety matters
- Group activities and community engagement

Participant Consultation
We contact the participant or representative to:
- Introduce our services
- Answer questions
- Arrange a consultation at a time and place that feels safe
- Begin shaping a support plan around their goals
Support Begins
Once the participant is ready, support commences promptly. We focus on consistent communication, respect for the participant’s pace and safe, trauma-informed delivery.
